Roc's Famous BBQ Sauce

Ingredients;


50.5 oz bottle of Heinz Tomato Ketchup
2 qty 8oz tomato sauce
1/4 cup light Karo corn syrup
1/2 small onion chopped very fine
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs hickory liquid smoke
1/2 tsp spice supreme barbecue spice
1 tbs crushed red pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup water


Directions;

Combine all ingredients into a medium sized sauce pan.
Slowly bring to a boil, stirring quite a bit.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour

Best when refrigerated over night.

I usually keep mine in a plastic container that is tall
and thin that is easy to handle and has a pop-off lid.

This is just something I threw together. Feel free to
modify to your own taste. Have fun experimenting with it.
